We care that you are 10,000% satisfied and we're sorry you need to return your purchase. Let us Help! Your Fee Fee Candle purchase can be returned for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of purchase as outlined below: 

Items on Clearnce and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, exchanges or credit on items or products in the Clearance section of our website. We dont offer returns or exchanges of Gift Cards.

 Damaged Product or Defective Candles 

If we made a mistake, your item arrived damaged or is defective, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Just send us an email with your order # to feefeecandles@gmail.com, explain the problem and include a photo. We will be happy to replace your Fee Fee Candle within 7 business days or issue a refund to the original method of payment. We will process your refund as soon as possible but the time your bank or credit card takes to show the refund back in your account is completely outside of our control. 

Shipped Items not Received 

If your order tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your purchase. Please let us know. Send us an email at feefeecandles@gmail.com, within 7 business days so we can file a claim on your behalf. If your order is over $50, it is recommended you file a police report and include the report # in your message as well.
